Rant #2: Pro-Shine Car Care Centre, Miri Review

God! I don't know how most people run their business but this dude who owns a car wash shop in Miri is a f#cking joke. A total a$sh0le.

On Saturday, I drove over to his shop wanna wash my car, he told me he's not washing any cars today. Short of manpower. However if I want to polish my car, he'd do it.
- What kind of excuse is that?! You can't f#cking wash my car because you're short on manpower but you can f#cking polish my car?

And then he said I could come back on weekdays because he does wash cars on weekdays. Then he reminded me to make an appointment before going over because there are a lot of people that send their car there for washing.
- I've never heard of people having to make an appointment to wash their car. But whatever.

So on Monday, I called him at 12.30PM to inquire if he could wash my car now? He said no, there are too many cars right now. I could however make an appointment for tomorrow. So I said fine, 12.30PM tomorrow.

Today (the next day after my phone conversation with him) at 12.30PM sharp I arrived at his shop and that a$sh0le wasn't in. His worker, however came out from his Kancil. So I told the worker I want to my wash my car. The worker replied "we're not washing today. The hose is broken and we have to polish that car" he pointed at a red GTR that is parked inside the shop. Then I asked him where is your boss. He told me "boss went out to buy replacement for the broken hose. He'll only be back after 4PM."
- I didn't know Miri was so big that you need 3 and a half hours to buy a bloody hose! This people don't have any sense of business ethic at all. I mean, he has my number and I f#cking made an appointment, which was his suggestion and he couldn't give me a call to let me know that his f#cking hose is broken?! He had to make me drive all the way to his shop to find out myself?!

So then I asked when can I wash my car? The worker then went on telling me that his boss told him that for this whole week they're not accepting car wash because they have to polish the red GTR that is parked inside the shop.
- That a$sh0le asked me to make an appointment and accepted my appointment when he told his worker that he isn't going to accept any car wash this whole week?! What the f#ck kind of business is he running?

Jesus! This guy is a total joke. A total a$sh0le. A total muthaf#ckingsonofab!tch. I'm done. If it wasn't for my brother's suggestion, heck I wouldn't even bother going. But I definitely wouldn't be going back anymore. And I also don't have any kind of well wishes for him or his business. If you want to be a boss, at least have a f#cking business ethic. This shop is definitely in my "boycott" list.
