Fifty Shades...

If you must know, I do not read story books as often as I should be reading. I often read reviews about any books first before purchasing it because I do not want to waste both my time and money on books that are not worth reading. However with that said any books written by Sidney Sheldon needs no review because his books are that good - I can never put it down till I finish it.

Recently there was this hype on Fifty Shades of Grey not only to book junkies but also Hollywood's producers/ actors etc. so I was like I MUST read this book and see what is it all about that everyone is practically crazy about it.

Shay Mitchell
My first time hearing about this book was when Shay Mitchell was talking about it on her Facebook page and that's where it all begin for me. I purchase my set of trilogy from Kobo. Another fact that you should know about me is that I love love love e-book. One of the many reasons is because I don't have to wait till the next day and walk into a book shop to make my purchase before reading it - with e-book I can just purchase it immediately from Kobo or any other e-book stores like Amazon, etc and start reading after the transaction has cleared. The download takes only a few seconds. Plus with e-book I no longer have to Google or open up a dictionary just to find out the definition of a word that is new to me or that I'm not entirely sure of its meaning because it's not a common word that I use daily. Anyways, I can go on and on about why I love e-book but this post is not about e-book so I should stop here.

Boy should I tell you, this book has me hooked on it. It was like my drug and literally I could not let it go until I finish it. I barely sleep. I barely eat. Worst of all, I did not shower for two days! I forgot how long it took me to finish the book but I did mention about it on Twitter, however I finish the trilogy in 5 days! After the first book, I was pretty exhausted because I slept for less than my normal eight hours of sleep before I continued reading it and I remember I did not eat because I could put the book down. My routine during my period of reading Fifty shades of Grey was wake up - shower - read. When I completed the first book from the trilogy, I was afraid to open up the second one immediately though I was very much tempted to but I refrain myself from it. I took my much needed sleep. The next day, I woke up, showered and went out to grab some bites before I continued with the second book. I did not sleep for two days till I completed the third book and that was how good it is! It still wasn't enough for me. I wish the author did not stop there and then but it was a good ending.

I recommend this book to anyone and everyone above 16 years of age! Let's just say if there's going to be a movie based on it (which there will be), it's gonna be awkward watching it in cinema or worst of all with your parents. Mainly because you can expect lots and lots of sex scenes (not your typically sex scenes but more of the feisty-kinky sex sort) from it!

I do not want to spoil anything for you by writing what's this trilogy all about but one thing I can tell you for sure, if you're like me, you'll find yourself falling deeply, madly in love with the main character, Christian Grey! Ohh boy, if only such man does exist....I'll literally go nuts over him. Probably till the extent of stalking him? Well, just maybe. LOL!

Go purchase your copy of the trilogy now! What are you still waiting for?

Even Betty White is reading it! So don't wait any longer people! Get it or regret it, you decide.
